India's first green hydrogen pilot project

  • It has been installed at Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station in Himachal Pradesh.
  • It has been established by Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam.
  • Use of green hydrogen produced in this project:
    • In supply of fuel requirements
    • In the production of electricity
  • This project will produce 14 kg of green hydrogen in 8 hours per day.
