The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced on October 8, 2025, that the Nobel Prize in Chemistry is awarded to Susumu Kitagawa, Richard Robson, and Omar M. Yaghi “for the development of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs).”
