यह कोर्स यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा प्रारंभिक एवं मुख्य परीक्षा के सामान्य अध्ययन के पाठ्यक्रम के व्यापक कवरेज के लिए विशेष रूप से डिज़ाइन किया गया है।

यह कोर्स ‘संस्कृति IAS’ के वरिष्ठ और अनुभवी शिक्षकों द्वारा संचालित किया जाता है, जिनके पास सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी करने वाले छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन करने का कम से कम 10 वर्षों का अनुभव है। नियमित कक्षाओं के अलावा, डाउट सेशन भी कराया जाता हैं। तैयारी का मूल्यांकन करने के लिये नियमित अंतराल पर प्रारंभिक एवं मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए क्लास टेस्ट का आयोजन ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन माध्यम से कराया जाता है।
