This festival is being organized in Goa from 8-13 January.
It is being organized by the Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Government of Goa.
Directorate of Social Welfare (Government of Goa) and Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India) are also cooperating in this.
It is India's first inclusive festival for persons with disabilities.
