- Barlang Yatra is an annual traditional festival celebrated by the Kutia Kondh tribe of Odisha.
- During this festival the women of the community worship the seeds of paddy, pulses, millets, vegetables etc. and exchange them through songs and dances.
- The festival begins with women farmers carrying earthen pots filled with indigenous seeds, roots and herbs suited to the agro-climatic conditions of the region.
- This yatra is being organized on a large scale jointly by 'Nirman' platform established to promote millets and Millet Network of India (MINI) to increase awareness regarding millets.
