What is Intismeran Autogene?

  • Previously known as mRNA-4157 or V940, is an experimental individualized neoantigen therapy (INT). Unlike conventional vaccines that are manufactured identically for millions of people, intismeran is custom-made for each cancer patient.

How Does the Personalized Cancer Vaccine Work?

Cancer develops when genetic changes cause cells to grow uncontrollably. These mutations can lead cancer cells to produce abnormal proteins or neoantigens that distinguish them from healthy cells.
