PM Vishwakarma Scheme

  • The Prime Minister launched this scheme on September 17, 2023.
  • This scheme will be completely funded by the Central Government.
  • 18 types of traditional artisans and craftsmen will get benefits.
  • Benefits of the scheme-
    • Loan without guarantee up to ₹ 3 lakh to Vishwakarma brothers and sisters
    • Toolkit incentive up to ₹ 15 thousand
    • Training for Skill development and ₹ 500 per day allowance during this period.
